The Sound Bath Experience & Cacao Ceremony at Vegas Crystal Healings is a two-part immersion designed to meet you exactly where you are — and gently, powerfully move you forward.
This gathering takes place in the energetic wake of the Autumn Equinox — one of the most potent turning points of the year. The equinox marks the moment when light and dark are in perfect balance, and as the wheel tips toward the darker, more inward half of the year, it carries with it a powerful invitation: to release what is no longer serving you, to harvest what you’ve grown, and to step consciously into a new season with clarity and intention. There is no more aligned time to do this kind of deep, restorative work than in the days immediately following the equinox — when the energy of transition is still fresh and the call to go inward is at its most natural.
We begin with the sound bath — a deeply restorative full-body experience in which healing vibrations wash over and through you from an extraordinary range of instruments: crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and more. Each instrument carries its own frequency and quality of resonance, and together they create a rich, layered soundscape that shifts your nervous system into a state of deep rest and repair.
